As CCO, Needham is responsible for successfully executing and integrating sales, client development, implementation services, and customer success functions within PatientSafe. Previously, Needham served as the Executive Director of the Connected Care Healthcare Consulting practice at Burwood Group. He will bring to PatientSafe unique insights about the key success factors required for clinical communication investments to be sustainably delivered at-scale.
