Kathleen joins PatientSafe from Sphere3, where she served as Chief Nurse Executive. In that role, she was responsible for clinical leadership, development of clinical collaboration workflows, and leveraging clinical communication data to provide wholistic, meaningful information at the point of care. Prior to Sphere3, Kathleen served as Chief Nursing Executive at Burwood Group and led the healthcare practice focusing on clinical communication strategy, deployments, and achieving desired outcomes in top academic teaching systems and large IDNs.

Kathleen holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Organizational Leadership from Concordia University. She received her nursing degree from Finlandia University. Kathleen holds AONE’s Certified in Executive Nursing Practice credentials. She’s a frequent author and speaker on CC&C solution design, deployment and outcomes management.
